Input 0 is a Mac app for voice-to-text. Hold Option + Space from anywhere in macOS and speak. When you release the keys, Input 0 transcribes your speech, uses an LLM to refine it into polished text, and automatically pastes it into your active application, such as Slack, VS Code, or your browser.
Voice transcription runs entirely on your Mac via the Metal GPU, so your audio never leaves the device. Text optimization connects to your own LLM API, giving you control over your data pipeline. The polish step removes filler words, fixes grammar, and corrects technical terms, and you can add your own custom vocabulary. The app offers 6 AI engines with 12 models covering 99+ languages, and it recommends the best model for your language.
Input 0 is built with Rust and Metal, supports Apple Silicon Macs, and requires no accounts, clouds, or tracking.
