About
iTraffic is a lightweight, open-source, per-process network speed monitor for the macOS menu bar. It keeps one job simple: showing which processes are using your network right now, with upload and download speeds for each process.
The app uses a native macOS menu-bar interface, supports light and dark mode, and reads data through a direct Swift driver for macOS nettop. Delta-mode sampling is used to provide more accurate live rates. iTraffic requires macOS 10.15 Catalina or later, and it is released under the MIT license. It can be downloaded as a ZIP from the latest GitHub release or installed with Homebrew (brew install itraffic).
