About
K8Studio is a Kubernetes IDE available as a native desktop app for macOS, Windows, and Linux. It connects to your clusters using kubeconfig and is described as agentless: nothing is installed in your cluster, and your cluster data stays local by default. Its CloudMaps feature (currently in beta) presents workloads as an explorable live map of namespaces, apps, storage, and dependencies, and the site cites support for 5,000+ workloads.
The app keeps views such as grids, topology, timelines, logs, YAML, terminal, RBAC, Helm, and metrics docked together in one workspace, so you can move from a cluster-wide question to a single object without switching tools. The site highlights multitab workflows, an integrated terminal, fast logging, a built-in RBAC manager, and multicluster support.
K8Studio is offered with a 15-day Professional trial, and plans start from $9 per month. The current release is version 4.0.3.
