Kiwi for Gmail is a desktop application for Mac and Windows that takes Gmail and Google Workspace out of the browser. It lets you use Gmail and Google's office suite as a standalone app with enhanced features. You can use multiple accounts together in one application, with up to 9 of your own Gmail or Workspace accounts, and switch between them without browser tabs or separate windows.

Kiwi also helps you focus and find your work. Its Filtered Inbox lets you view emails from today, the past 2 days, or the past week, and narrow them to Important, Unread, Attachments, or Starred messages. Kiwi tracks the documents you use, so you can open recent files across all your accounts. Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides run as native windowed desktop applications, and Kiwi also includes Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Chat as desktop apps.

Kiwi offers a free trial and can be canceled at any time. Its new AI-Companion and Tabbed Workspaces features are also highlighted on the website.
