About
Koi is a Mac app for everyday productivity that lives in your notch, works in every app, and is always one key away. It runs on macOS 14 and later, on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. Koi acts as one assistant for your whole day: you can talk to it, dictate with your voice, record your calls, and keep your notes and your week in one place.
Koi's assistant can see your screen, answer out loud, circle the button you need, and click through a task for you, stopping before you sign in or pay. Dictation types your words wherever your cursor is, in any app, without the ums, with lists formatted as lists. It runs on your Mac, works offline, and knows 100 languages. Koi can also record Zoom, Meet, Teams, or browser calls without a bot, then write down who said what and provide a summary, your to-dos, and a follow-up email.
Koi includes a documents editor with headings, to-dos, tables, charts, and flashcards, and it can create a page for you on request. Documents are kept on your Mac and can be exported to Word, PDF, or Markdown. The calendar shows your Google accounts, Apple Calendar, and Reminders side by side, and the notch alerts you when it's time for something. Koi also has an endless whiteboard that sits on your desktop, with ten templates and drawing support, and a teleprompter that appears in the notch under your camera, follows your voice or runs at a steady speed of 60 to 260 words a minute, and hides when you share your screen.
