Littlebird connects to your apps, calls and screen, learns your work, and then handles notes, replies, invites, tasks and reports. It is free to start on Mac and Windows, and every plan, including the free one, connects Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Outlook and more.

During meetings, Littlebird takes notes without a bot, producing an executive summary and action items, each with an owner. Clicking Send to attendees saves the notes as a draft in Gmail. You can also ask Littlebird anything about your work, and it answers from your screen, meetings and apps, so you don't have to explain the backstory. It can also draft follow-ups, recaps and updates from what was said and sent. Littlebird never sends email on its own.

Routines automate recurring work. For example, the Morning Brief runs on weekdays at 7:00 AM: it reads today's meetings, scans overnight email, looks over yesterday's work, checks your rollout plan, and writes priorities. Littlebird is SOC 2 certified, your data is never sold, and you can pause or delete it anytime.
