About
LocalCan gives developers, designers, and agents a stable Public URL for localhost. Point Stripe, Clerk, or GitHub at it to test webhooks and OAuth callbacks, watch every delivery in the inspector, and replay a failed request instead of re-triggering the provider. You can also expose TCP services such as databases, SSH boxes, and Kubernetes clusters, and open a localhost build on a real device over HTTPS.
You can share work without deploying it. Send a real HTTPS link with no commit, build pipeline, or hosting account. Publish a Snapshot, a static copy served at the same Public URL, then lock it with a password or secret link. Reviewers can comment directly on the page, similar to Figma. Agents can perform these tasks over MCP or the CLI from Claude Code, Cursor, or other agents.
LocalCan is available for Mac, Windows, and Linux, and includes a free 14-day trial with no credit card required.
