Lock Pro is a Mac app for working with dynamic range. It can create an HDR interpretation of SDR material, convert HDR for SDR displays, or fine-tune the brightness and colour of existing HDR footage. Refinement tools include face protection, subject segmentation, optional Depth Anything V2 Small adjustments, and graduated or radial masks, while a movable split view lets you compare your edits against the original. Optional HDR highlight and clipping-risk warnings help identify bright areas and values approaching the output ceiling.

AI assistance runs entirely offline. Choose from 20 styles grouped by purpose, and AI Assist will analyse your image or sampled movie frames and adjust the available effects. An AI Assist Amount control blends between your starting settings and the suggested look, or restores your previous settings. For finishing, the app offers adjustments for exposure, shadows, black and white balance, saturation, vibrance, selective colour, highlight roll-off, denoising, sharpening, and local contrast, plus smooth multipoint curves for luminance and individual colour channels.

Lock Pro also supports photos and movies. You can save editing sessions with adjustments, AI settings, and export choices, undo and redo edits, save custom presets, and recover your last session after restarting. Movies can be navigated with a thumbnail timeline, selected frames can be exported as HDR or SDR images, and batch processing applies a consistent look across multiple files. The app requires macOS 15 or higher on Apple Silicon.
