Loop is a corporate messenger for teams that can be used through a macOS download, the web, or other platforms including Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS. Teams can create open or closed channels in one workspace, reply in threads branching off a message, and manage access and roles. The workspace appearance can be customized individually or at the corporate level.
Loop supports integrations with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Zoom, and Google Calendar through its open API. Chats include conference calls with screen sharing. Loop can be run in the cloud or on-premises, with an option for self-hosting to give organizations more control over their data. Access control works with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO (OIDC), and teams can be isolated from one another within a single workspace.
The website also notes personal support during deployment and ongoing use, a trial period of up to two months, and discounts of up to 75% for nonprofits, educational institutions, and young startups in Russia.
