About
MacsyZones is a window management app for macOS that helps you organize your workspace. You can create custom layouts with your own zones, snap windows into place by holding the Snap Key (default: Shift) or using right click, and switch between layouts. It also supports overlapping zones, snap resizers for aligning window edges, multi-screen support, and grid layouts where you draw a rectangle to define the snap area.
For keyboard-focused workflows, Quick Snapper lets you toggle a mode with a shortcut (default: Control+Shift+S), use the arrow keys to move between zones and layouts, press a number key to snap a window, and use Delete to unsnap it. Shake to Snap lets you shake your mouse or trackpad while dragging a window to make zones appear. MacsyZones also remembers your preferred layout for each screen and workspace combination.
MacsyZones can be downloaded and used for free, and you can optionally buy it or donate to support the developer. It is open source and can also be installed with Homebrew using brew install --cask macsyzones.
