About
MailTrackerBlocker is a plugin, and now an extension, for the default Mail app built into macOS. Email marketers and others often embed trackers in HTML emails to find out how often, when, and where you open them. The app labels who is tracking you and strips spy pixels out of the HTML before the message is displayed.
Because spy pixels are removed before display, the usual advice to turn off "load remote content in messages" is unnecessary, and you can see images again while browsing your inbox privately. The app blocks trackers from many services, including ActiveCampaign, Adobe, Amazon SES, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Mailgun, SendGrid, and Salesforce.
On macOS 14.3 and later, you can get the app and its extension. On macOS 10.11 through 13.x, you can get the plugin instead.
