About
MeetMic is a Mac app for recording and transcribing meetings, voice memos, online videos, and dictation in one place. It records Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, and Slack calls in the background without bots joining your call, and keeps the meeting link and attendees with the transcript. It also turns your voice into text you can paste into any app, removes filler words like "um" and "uh" automatically, and can transcribe local media files or YouTube links into timestamped transcripts with speaker detection and export to formats such as TXT, SRT, DOCX, PDF, and JSON.
MeetMic includes AI summaries from a prompt library, such as key points, decisions, and to-do lists, and supports both on-device models and cloud models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google using your own API keys. Transcripts are searchable, can be sent to tools like Notion, Obsidian, or Zapier, and support over 100 languages. The app is available for macOS and iOS, and is a one-time purchase.
