Meta Quest Developer Hub (MQDH) is an application for Windows and macOS that lets developers manage their devices, debug their apps, and submit their apps to the Store. It includes tools for viewing device logs to help with debugging, capturing screenshots and recording videos of what you see in the headset, and deploying apps directly to your headset from your computer.

MQDH also helps with sharing and testing. You can cast the headset display to your computer to share your VR experience, download the latest Meta Quest tools and SDKs, and disable the proximity sensor and the boundary system for an uninterrupted testing workflow. When your app is ready, you can upload it to the Meta Horizon Developer Dashboard for store distribution.
