About
Meteorologist is a free weather program for macOS that gives you control over how you view weather. It can show simultaneous, interlaced weather reports from multiple locations, and the app supports an unlimited number of weather stations.
The app includes a RainView radar image, sunrise and sunset times shown in each location's time zone, and extended forecasts when they are available. Its Dock icon displays the current temperature. You can also set it to play a ThunderClap sound when a weather alert is issued.
Meteorologist is available in English, German, and Spanish, and it supports French for Environment Canada data. The current version requires macOS 14 or later. For older systems, the separate Meteorologist Classic project supports macOS 10.5 and later, though it may not work on 10.10 and later.
