Moonlight

About

Moonlight is an open source client that lets you play your PC games on your Mac, whether you're in another room or miles away from your gaming PC. It is an open source implementation of NVIDIA's GameStream protocol, so you can stream your collection of PC games from your gaming PC to your Mac.

Moonlight can stream your full Windows desktop at up to 4K with HDR on a capable client. To start streaming, the site recommends Sunshine, an open source host made for Moonlight. You can also host your own gaming server on many residential ISPs using methods such as port forwarding, IPv6, or software-defined virtual networks.

Moonlight is a free, community-run project rather than a company, with no ads, bundled services, paid versions, or subscriptions. Its clients' code is hosted on GitHub under the GPLv3 license, and the project welcomes contributions.
