About
Moor replaces Apple's Dock with docks you can place on every screen and on any edge, including bars, floating islands, or a full-width strip. Its docks can hold up to 50 live widgets, such as the clock, calendar, weather, music, system stats, Stripe, Shopify, GitHub Actions, Vercel, Sentry, and Linear. One-key profiles (⌃⌥1 through ⌃⌥9) switch apps, docks, widgets, and themes together, and can also switch automatically by display or app. If you quit Moor, Apple's Dock comes right back.
Beyond the Dock, Moor is organized into six parts, each with its own on/off switch: Docks, Helm (window switching and arranging, with previews and layouts), Mast (menu bar icon hiding and search), Moor Bar (a custom menu bar), Deck (widgets on your desktop), and Hold (files sorted by kind, with search, duplicate finding, and clean-up that moves items to the Trash). Only the Docks are on when you first start, so you turn on the other parts in Settings → Parts.
Moor is a $29 one-time purchase with a 14-day trial that requires no card. It requires macOS 26 or later and Apple silicon, and it is signed and notarized. Nothing is uploaded unless you opt in, and no account is needed. Moor also includes an MCP server, so AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor can build docks, add widgets, switch profiles, and set up every part on your Mac.
