Motrix is a full-featured download manager that supports HTTP, FTP, BitTorrent, Magnet, and other sources. Files, torrents, and plugins are handled in one interface. An overview shows progress, speed, and status in a single view, and you can start, pause, retry, and prioritize downloads. For BitTorrent, you can manage torrent connections and refresh and manage tracker sources. Plugins can add features such as naming and link resolution, and settings let you tune appearance, network, and behavior.
Motrix has been open-source since 2018. It has 57,545 GitHub stars, 5,127 forks, 61 GitHub releases, and 23.1M release asset downloads. Reviewers have described it as a no-nonsense download manager with a clean look out of the box and an interface that is ready as soon as you open it.
