About
MsgFiler 4 is a Mac app for decluttering inboxes, a goal it has pursued since 2006. It works with Apple Mail and is optimized for keyboard-only use. Type a few characters to find the right mailbox, then move selected messages with a keypress, or open a mailbox without navigating the mailbox folder pane.
According to the website, MsgFiler saves time over dragging and dropping messages. Its fast search shows matching mailboxes instantly. You can mark mailboxes as favorites so they appear at the top of the list, with recently filed mailboxes shown below the favorites. You can also create new mailboxes using the keyboard.
Focused Filing gives you a clean workspace by dimming the screen and hiding all applications except MsgFiler 4 and Mail.
