About
MUD Client is a macOS app for playing MUDs, available as a zip download and from the Mac App Store. It supports scripting with JavaScript, which can be used to write aliases and triggers.
The app supports a full range of ANSI colors, including foreground and background colors, underlines, and blinking text. Because it is written natively for macOS, its scripts can also interact with the status bar, system notifications, and the app icon badge. The website gives examples such as showing HP in the status bar or app badge, or sending a notification when a creature has been killed.
