About
MuteMe is a desk companion for virtual meetings. Its touch surface lets you mute and unmute by touching the button on your desk, so you can keep your attention on the conversation instead of the mute icon on your screen. A light shows your microphone state at a glance, and you can choose your own colors for muted and live status in the MuteMe app. The light also gives people nearby a visible cue when your mic is live.
The MuteMe app, available for Windows and macOS, keeps mute changes in sync. On a supported setup, a change made from the button, your computer, or a meeting platform is passed along to the others. The site lists Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, OBS Studio, and Discord as supported platforms, though sync support varies by platform and operating system.
MuteMe is available in several versions, including MuteMe Original, MuteMe Mini, and the physical-button MuteSync. The Original is listed at $39.99.
