NeoFinder quickly catalogs and manages your entire media and disk library, including backup archives. It inventories files, folders, and metadata across SSDs, hard disks, server volumes, optical discs, LTO volumes, USB sticks, and audio CDs, with thumbnails for photos, songs, videos, and documents. Its Find tools, including QuickFind, the Find Editor, duplicate detection, and Spotlight integration, help you locate files across all catalogued sources, even when a drive is offline or disconnected.

For photos and videos, NeoFinder can ingest files directly from cameras, catalog existing media with full EXIF, IPTC, and XMP metadata, and offer a built-in Light Table for culling. Its integrated XMP editor lets you add ratings, descriptions, and keywords, and it can generate contact sheets and web galleries. Video support includes thumbnails and metadata for many formats, a built-in player and converter, and Blackmagic RAW and RED R3D support. Music libraries can be cataloged with metadata, cover art, and lyrics, and audio previews are generated. NeoFinder also supports a shared database over a network and can import catalogs from many other cataloging products.
