Multiple baselines let you compare how a project is tracking against the original plan, and critical paths highlight the tasks that directly influence your project's completion date. OmniPlan also marks scheduling violations and suggests ways to fix them, so you don't double-book your team.

For planning under uncertainty, Monte Carlo simulation evaluates hundreds of potential outcomes with a single click. OmniPlan's built-in Earned Value Analysis formulas help you understand budget and value by setting a baseline and tracking progress.
