About
Ontime is a rundown and event timer for live productions. You can import your schedule from Excel or Google Sheets, then use groups, milestones, and per-department custom fields and cuesheet links to build the run of show in one shared document. Durations roll up through groups and the full rundown so overruns show up during planning, and delays propagate through the rundown automatically.
During the show, Ontime can send timers, backstage schedules, public signage, and operator views to any browser, and you can save URL presets for fixed screens. It tracks runtime changes against the schedule so teams can see delays as they happen. Ontime also offers OSC, HTTP, and WebSocket APIs, a Companion module, and an MCP server for connecting to show-control systems, media servers, and graphics. Multiple rundowns can live in one project, and you can edit one while another is live.
Ontime is designed for show callers, stage managers, producers, and broadcast teams. It can be used on Windows, macOS, Linux, Docker, or through Ontime Cloud, and projects stay portable across these setups.
