Outline Manager

About

Outline Manager makes it easy to create your own VPN server. You can set up your server and share access keys directly from the desktop application, which is available on all desktop systems. You control your server setup, including where your server is located, and you decide who has access to it.

From the Outline Manager, you can create unique access keys and share them with your trusted network via email or social media. You can support hundreds of users or share access with just your close contacts. The Manager also lets you set data limits for each user who accesses your server through the Client App.

Outline is designed to be resistant to blocking, including DNS, content, and IP blocking. It is open source and has been audited by two security firms. Outline Manager works alongside the Outline Client, which connects to your server using the access key generated by the Manager.
