ovice is a virtual workplace that helps business colleagues, students, and community participants connect and engage. Instead of scheduling meetings or sending links, you can "walk" up to someone and "tap" their shoulder to start a conversation. Users can choose from quick 1-on-1 chats or team meetings, with live avatars, text, reactions, and screen sharing available. A bird's eye view lets you see your team members' situations at a glance.

The platform also includes features such as noise cancellation, a chat function, the ability to share multiple screens at once, Teams and Google Calendar integration, virtual backgrounds, user search, and the "oVice Go" mobile app. An activity insights dashboard is available on select plans only. Avatars and reactions let people express their individuality in the shared space.

ovice offers a free plan and paid plans based on space size. The Entry-S plan supports up to 50 people, and the Entry-M plan supports up to 200 people. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to sign up for the free plan.
