Pastebot is a clipboard manager for Mac that keeps a running history of everything you copy, so you can search for and paste past clippings again. You can add searchable notes to clippings, view their metadata, and check details in a resizable preview window. Apps can be added to a Blacklist so Pastebot never stores what you copy from them.

Pastebot also helps you organize clippings. Custom Pastebins store important, often-used clippings, and Smart Pastebins show clippings filtered by rules. The quick paste menu lets you paste any of your last 10 copies by pressing a number key, and you can create custom filters, stack them, and assign keyboard shortcuts to them. Stacks let you paste multiple copied items one after another in sequence.

Pastebot includes iCloud Sync to keep clippings, custom pastebins, and filters consistent across Macs, and Universal Clipboard support that imports anything copied on your iPhone. It also supports Apple Shortcuts and command-line access, and it has a built-in cheatsheet for keyboard shortcuts. Pastebot requires macOS 26 Tahoe or later and offers a 14-day free trial.
