About
PingPlotter is a network performance monitoring and troubleshooting tool that goes beyond a simple ping test. Instead of only showing whether a connection exists and how long a packet takes to travel, it runs continuously in the background to track latency, jitter, and packet loss over time. Its charts visualize every hop between a device and an endpoint, helping you identify whether a problem lies with your router, your ISP, or somewhere beyond.
PingPlotter for Desktop is designed for testing from a single computer and can track connections to a macOS or Windows device, making it suited to home users and small businesses. Users can set intelligent Alerts to be notified when network conditions change, and view network metrics from a particular device's point of view.
Because the collected data is easy to read and share, you can send live results or documented evidence to IT staff, colleagues, or your ISP to show where issues occur, rather than guessing at the cause.
