Poedit is a translation editor for apps and sites. It supports PO, XLIFF, JSON, Qt, and Flutter formats and offers full gettext support. It was built to handle gettext (PO) translation, which is used by PHP projects such as Drupal and WordPress, Python projects such as Django, and many other projects. Poedit includes comprehensive safety checks, a minimal and intuitive interface, and easy management of files and templates.

Poedit also supports teamwork through built-in integration with the cloud localization platforms Crowdin and Localazy. You can access all your projects on those platforms and translate directly from the app.

Poedit Pro adds pre-translation and intelligent suggestions powered by machine translation and AI engines. It also understands WordPress, its themes, and its plugins, and can help you translate them whether they are stored remotely or locally on your drive.
