About
Posterino is a Mac app for building photo collages and posters from your own images. Choose from a variety of templates, pick grid, irregular, or random layouts, and Posterino shuffles your photos into a finished keepsake. Adjust frames, filters such as black and white or sepia, shadows, and backgrounds with a single click, and add captions or metadata like name, date, or comment to any image. The app supports documents with anywhere from 1 to 1000 images, in sizes from postage stamp to poster, and includes a built-in non-destructive crop editor and a Photos library browser.
Beyond collages, Posterino offers Auto-Crop, which crops a set of images to their subject's face, upper body, or main part of the image automatically. On macOS 14 and later, subject masking can remove an image's background, and new color palettes add background colors. Combined in the new templates, these features can handle cropping, masking, backgrounds, and captions for jobs like yearbooks, and a Face-Mosaic action can align portrait images into one large face. Posterino also lets you create custom e-cards and postcards, and export your work as JPG, PNG, or TIFF or share it through macOS sharing services. The app requires macOS 12 Monterey or later, and subject masking requires macOS 14 or later.
