About
Presentify is a Mac app that helps you take your presentations to the next level. It lets you annotate your screen with pens, highlighters, text, and shapes, draw on a digital whiteboard, highlight your cursor with a customizable ring or squircle, and spotlight or zoom in on key areas. It works with any app or file type, including images, PDFs, videos, presentations, and code, and it works with tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Keynote, PowerPoint, and OBS.
Most actions can be performed with keyboard shortcuts, which also integrate with Stream Deck, and you can set your own custom shortcuts for the main actions. Nearly everything in the app can be customized, including annotation colors, cursor highlight shape, and the size of the spotlight and zoom. Presentify is a native macOS app that the developer describes as ultra lightweight, with a 1MB download size and about 25MB of average memory usage.
Presentify is available on the App Store, Setapp, and Polar, and it can also be downloaded directly or installed via Homebrew.
