QuickPlan is a project planning app for Apple devices that aims to deliver strong planning capability with a clean, easy-to-learn interface. Users can create projects using natural gestures, keyboard shortcuts on Mac and iPad, bulk task input, and context-based menus, and manage work across outline lists, Gantt charts, and property editors. The app supports baselines, reports, and customizable S-Curve and Bar charts for analyzing progress.
For sharing and collaboration, projects can be sent via AirDrop, Dropbox, OneDrive, and other cloud services, and synced between iOS and Mac devices through iCloud Drive. Projects can be exported to PDF, Excel, and image files with layout and content options, and integrate with Microsoft Project (XML), Mind Map (OPML), and WBS workflows. A Today widget, local notifications, and an in-app Today list help users keep track of daily tasks.
