About
Radix scans millions of files on your Mac and turns your storage into a clear, interactive map. Explore it with sunburst and treemap views, search and inspect files, and compare scans over time to see what grew, shrank, appeared, or disappeared. Scans and saved results stay local, and no account is required.
Radix helps you review cleanup safely. Drag files and folders into the Discard Pile, review everything there, and only then move items to the Trash. Completed scans can be exported and reopened later as read-only snapshots to inspect or compare again.
Radix is built with Swift and SwiftUI to feel at home on macOS. It offers live scan progress, faster follow-up scans, and automatic summaries for folders packed with tiny files. It requires macOS 14 or later, is open source, and can be installed with Homebrew or downloaded from the website.
