About
RevPDF is a local document system for editing PDFs on your device. You can change existing text and images, annotate, fill forms and sign. You can also merge, split, reorder, rotate and remove pages, and compare document versions. Version 5.0 adds natural text editing, PDF Compare, reusable Flows and better conversion.
RevPDF can also OCR scans, compress files, export to Word or Excel, and permanently redact sensitive content. Editing, OCR, redaction, conversion and compression happen on your device. According to the site, RevPDF does not automatically upload your files, scans or recognised text to its servers for processing. A provider you choose for sharing or export may receive the selected file.
RevPDF is free on desktop, with no account, no subscription and all desktop features included. Files are stored where you choose.
