About
Rigelian Tag Editor brings harmony to your music library on macOS. It can clean up metadata, extract artist, album, and track information from filenames, and add cover art, with support for jpg, png, and tiff images. It edits MP3, AIFF, AAC, WAV, FLAC, and DSD files, and covers a wide range of tags, including personnel (performer, composer, conductor, arranger) as well as copyright, comment, label, mood, and BPM. MusicBrainz lookup can retrieve track data and apply it to all tracks on an album, and a Smart Editor offers methods to correct artist, album, and track info.
Changes can be reviewed before they are saved and reverted when needed. The app can also move files from a local directory to a network share where your music library is kept. The interface is available in Dutch, German, English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, and Italian.
