The RingCentral app for Mac brings your business communications into one place. Its virtual phone system lets you make VoIP calls and use core phone features such as call routing, auto-attendant, and voicemail. You can also host video meetings with up to 300 participants, with screen sharing, chat, recording, and live transcription.
The app includes team messaging for instant messaging, file sharing, tasks, and SMS. It also connects with more than 200 business apps, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, through native integrations and APIs.
The RingCentral app is free to download for Mac, and you can upgrade to paid plans at any time. Versions are available for Macs with Intel chips and Macs with Apple chips, so you can choose the one that matches your computer.
