About
Rize is an automatic time tracker for agencies, accounting firms and professional-services teams. It runs in the background, tags time to clients and projects, and shows client profitability, retainer burn and team capacity, with no timers or timesheets. It is available as a desktop app for macOS and Windows, with web dashboards for reports. Setup takes about 5 minutes: you install the app, invite your team, and import clients and projects from ClickUp or a CSV file.
Rize is private by default. It reads only app name, window title and URL, and it does not take screenshots or log keystrokes. Only time tagged to clients and projects is shared with the team, and personal activity stays private. Each person reviews and approves their own time before anyone else sees it.
Rize connects with tools teams already use, including ClickUp, Asana, Linear, Google Calendar, Outlook and Slack. It shows margin by client, project and person, and it flags retainers that are about to go over plan. Team leads can also see utilization and workload to decide who has room before staffing the next project.
