About
Sculptor is a Mac app (Apple Silicon) for running multiple coding agents at once. Each agent runs in its own container, so it can execute code safely, and you can move between agents without reinstalling dependencies for each one, which the text contrasts with git worktrees. You can start a new agent whenever you think of something, such as a refactor or a quick check, without breaking your flow.
With Pairing Mode, one click brings an agent's work from its container into your local repo, keeping files and git state synced so you can test the changes in your own dev environment and commit the ones you like. Syncing works both ways, so the agent sees your edits and comments in real time. When you're ready to merge, you choose what to keep, and Sculptor flags potential merge conflicts. Conflicts can be handed back to the agent to resolve.
Sculptor saves every agent session, including plans, chats, tool calls, and code changes, so you can reopen a past session to pick up where you left off or revisit an old experiment. Claude Code is supported, and Codex support was added later using your OpenAI API key.
