Sejda PDF Desktop is the desktop edition of the Sejda PDF toolkit, giving users access to Sejda's PDF tools without relying on the web version. Based on the site text, the toolkit covers merging multiple PDFs and images into one file, splitting documents (by page ranges, bookmarks, size, text, or into halves), and reorganizing or deleting pages.

For editing and signing, the suite includes tools to edit PDF text, add text, links, images and shapes, annotate, fill and sign forms, and create fillable forms. Users can also compress, protect with passwords, unlock, watermark, flatten, crop, rotate, add page numbers and headers/footers, and run OCR on scanned documents. Conversion options cover PDF to and from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, and images, as well as HTML, JPG, and Word files to PDF. Desktop access requires a Desktop-enabled plan, as the site notes that Web-only plans do not include it.
