SessionWatcher is a Mac app that auto-detects your AI coding tools and tracks their usage, costs, and rate limits live in your menu bar. It works with tools including Claude, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, and Gemini CLI, and the site lists features such as 5-hour rate limits, usage rate charts, cost tracking, smart notifications, and a native Swift app with macOS widgets.
The app shows where you stand at a glance. For example, it can display a tool's percentage used and its reset time, or flag that you are on pace or over rate. If you have multiple Claude licenses, you can track them all on one device without switching, and the same is available for Codex.
