Shadow is a meeting assistant for Mac that captures what's said and shown in every call without joining as a bot. It starts and ends with your call on its own, transcribes every word, and labels speakers in real time. Its Smart Screenshot feature finds your meeting window, such as Zoom or Huddle, and captures it automatically.

Every meeting is saved to your Mac as Markdown you own, on any plan, ready for Obsidian and AI agents like Claude, Codex, or OpenClaw. Meeting Skills are prompts you can edit or write yourself, such as meeting notes, BANT breakdowns, action items, or follow-up emails, and they run when the call ends. Results can be sent to tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make via webhook. Transcription happens on your Mac, and your meeting content and Skill outputs are never used to train AI models.

Between calls, keyboard shortcuts run Action Skills on any screen. Shadow can capture what you say through voice input, what's on your screen, and any text you select, then produce an output such as an email, notes, or code. The output can be pasted into your focused field or shown where you're looking.
