SJMCL is a new-generation, open-source Minecraft launcher that runs on Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux. It manages multiple game directories and instances from one place, keeping saves, mods, resource packs, shader packs, screenshots, and settings organized together.
SJMCL can download game clients, mod loaders, game resources, and modpacks from sources such as CurseForge and Modrinth. For accounts, it includes built-in Microsoft login and supports third-party authentication servers, and it is compatible with the Yggdrasil Connect OAuth login proposal.
Through deep links and an MCP service, SJMCL can work with external web pages, programs, and Agent services to provide convenient features and automation. It also has an open extension system that allows developers to build additional features for the launcher.
