About
Sleepr is a native macOS menu bar timer that puts your Mac to sleep at the end of a bedtime, whether you're listening to a podcast, watching a TV show or movie, or playing your favorite album. Quick presets let you start a timer in one click, or pick an exact time for your Mac to sleep, and recurring schedules can start a matching timer automatically on the days and times you choose. A floating alert appears a few minutes before sleep, even over fullscreen apps, so you can extend or cancel it. Sleepr also supports Siri, Shortcuts, and Focus automations for hands-free control, keeps timers running across app quits and reboots, and shows progress in the menu bar. It is a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store with no account, no tracking, and no cloud; it requires macOS Tahoe 26 or later and is available in 11 languages.
What's new
All release notesFixes a display bug on macOS Tahoe where the Start button (and a few other controls) could appear white on white, making the app's main action unreadable. Sleepr now follows your system accent color again.
