SQLPro for MySQL is a native database client for macOS that connects to MySQL 5.0 and above and to MariaDB. It can reach local servers, remote servers over SSH tunneling, and cloud-hosted instances on Amazon RDS, Azure Database for MySQL, and Google Cloud SQL. Built with Swift and Objective-C, it has no Java runtime and no Electron, launches instantly, and uses minimal system resources.

The app includes tabbed query editors, SQL syntax highlighting, and autocomplete for tables and columns. You can run multiple queries and view every result at once in separate panes, including errors and messages. Result grids support inline row editing, and you can create and edit tables. Data can be imported and exported in CSV, JSON, and SQL formats.

SQLPro for MySQL is actively developed and native to current macOS. The developer positions it as a replacement for Sequel Pro, which the website notes has been unmaintained since 2019.
