About
SQLPro for Postgres is a Postgres manager for macOS that aims to be simple and powerful. It handles the basics well, including table creation, custom queries, auto-complete, and syntax highlighting, and it can help you update or design a table. Its interface is described as intuitive, with the most basic PostgreSQL database needs easily accessible.
The app can execute multiple queries at once and display the results for each simultaneously, along with any errors and messages, which is useful when you need to see results for several tables together. Results can also be worked with using single or multiple cell selection, similar to a spreadsheet, rather than requiring full-row selection.
SQLPro for Postgres is available for download from the developer's website and on the Mac App Store.

TABLE DESIGNER - Duplicating a table now correctly carries across triggers, computed columns and existing data, and reveals the copy once it is created. - Renaming a table no longer fails partway through when other objects reference it. - Views and triggers that reference a renamed table are now rewritten correctly. - Saving changes to a large table is faster and uses less memory. CONNECTIONS - Connections that have been idle long enough for the server to drop them are retried automatically rather than failing. - Fixed connections being tested repeatedly in the background, which could cause a server to temporarily refuse new connections. EXPORT - Fixed exported data losing non-Latin characters. - Fixed several issues with generated scripts, including quoting, computed columns and object dependency order. STABILITY - Fixed a number of crashes reported since the last release, including ones in the results grid, the messages pane, the connection window and the table designer. - Long-running queries no longer block the interface while a connection is being opened. OTHER - Numerous corrections to spelling, grammar and layout throughout the interface. - General performance and reliability improvements.
