About
Subler is a macOS application for muxing and tagging MP4 files. It can create TX3G and WebVTT subtitle tracks, which are compatible with Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod, and QuickTime.
Subler can mux video, audio, chapters, subtitles, and closed captions tracks from MOV, MP4, and MKV files into MP4. It also accepts several raw formats: H.264 elementary streams (.h264, .264), AAC (.aac), AC3 (.ac3), Scenarist (.scc), and VobSub (.idx).
The app offers full iTunes-style metadata editing and metadata lookup for movies and TV shows through TheMovieDB, TVDB, and the iTunes Store. Subler requires macOS 10.13 or later.
