About
Sublime Merge is a Git client for macOS. Its changelog covers features such as a commit graph with context menus, file diffs with a context menu for diff headers, blame mode (where pressing Enter on a line jumps to the originating commit), and worktree management in the locations bar. It also supports Git reftables, LFS lock and unlock, SHA-256 repositories, and split-index mode, and it includes Open in Terminal in the command palette and application menu.
The Mac version has been updated to support macOS 10.13 and 10.14 and to adjust window styling for macOS 27. Other Mac-specific changes include restoring windows to their workspaces and fixes for full-screen rendering and for Open in Terminal.
Sublime Merge can be downloaded and evaluated for free, but a license must be purchased for continued use. There is currently no enforced time limit for the evaluation. The dev builds are in-progress versions updated more often than stable releases, so they may contain less tested code and show more update prompts.
