Sublime Text dev builds are in-progress versions of the app that are updated more frequently than stable releases. The site warns that they run less tested code and show more update notification prompts. Dev builds are available only to licensed users, and issues can be reported on the public issue tracker. The current Mac build is Build 4214, and the page lists macOS 10.9 or later as required.
Recent Mac changes in the changelog include fixing compatibility with macOS 10.13 and 10.14, fixing window styling for macOS 27, and fixing windows not restoring to workspaces. Earlier builds also fixed a crash related to dialogs, minimized windows popping up on quit, and the open_dir command working with no open windows. Build 4205 added a "click_through" setting for Mac.
The page also lists Windows, Linux, and ARM64 downloads, so these builds are offered on multiple platforms. The Mac-specific notes above come from the changelog entries labeled "Mac."
