Docs connects to over 800 integrations with two-way sync, so changes in tools like Jira, Salesforce, or Asana appear in Docs automatically, and you can take action there, such as emailing a customer or updating a record.

Docs brings together collaborative docs, project management, knowledge hubs, and workflows in one place. Teams can use voting, reactions, and charts in their docs, keep briefs and project trackers connected, and get AI-powered answers from a knowledge hub that stays updated automatically. Hub templates are available for product, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Docs also works with ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), letting those AI tools read from and write in your Docs in real time.
