About
SwitchHosts is an app for hosts management and switching. It is free and open source. Its syntax highlighting displays the IP, domain name, and comments in different colors so information can be seen at a glance, and multiple selection lets you combine different solutions to complete the configuration of complex environments.
SwitchHosts supports local and remote schemes. Remote schemes can be downloaded from the network and automatically synchronized at regular intervals. A tray window shows a shortcut menu in the system tray so you can quickly view or switch hosts schemes, and all local schemes can be exported and shared with other team members.
You can quickly toggle the comment state of a line by clicking its line number or using Ctrl+/ (⌘+/ on macOS). SwitchHosts supports light and dark modes, and it integrates with Alfred so you can switch hosts through a Workflow.
