In Prep Builder, a visual prep flow with instant feedback lets you track every step and trust the output. Tableau Agent, built into Prep Builder, uses agentic AI to automate advanced cleaning, aggregations, and calculations for more sophisticated reporting and modeling.

Prep Conductor helps keep data governed and current. It lets you automate data refreshes, track flow status, and monitor connections and flows with Tableau metadata and lineage. Prep Builder and Prep web authoring are the authoring options for preparing data, and Prep Conductor covers refreshing and governing those flows.
